Liz arrives at your home in the Paws in Motion Mobile van — clean, climate-controlled, and purpose-built. She greets your dog and gets them comfortable before anything begins.
Most dogs take about 5 minutes to find their stride. Then they walk, trot, or sprint at their own pace — supervised the entire time. You'll get them back happy, calm, and wonderfully tired.

Your first session is all about familiarity and confidence. You and your dog will get to know our climate-controlled van and non-motorized slatmills at a relaxed pace — designed to end on a positive note and set the stage for future runs.
For clients who have completed their Meet & Greet. Your dog will run for 20–25 minutes on our mobile dog treadmill with full coaching and care from start to finish.
Weekly sessions deliver the best results. Members see the biggest improvements in energy, behavior, and fitness.

Elizabeth Peebles holds two active professional certifications — your dog is in the hands of someone trained in both fitness and emergency care.
Liz isn't someone who bought a treadmill and started a business. She's a trained canine fitness coach who understands dog anatomy, conditioning principles, and how to safely build a dog's fitness from the ground up — and she's certified in Pet CPR & First Aid so she's prepared for anything.
This one's personal. B & R Bunkhouse is where I adopted my own two dogs, Dark and Lady, and where I still volunteer — so there was no question who our first Shelter Spotlight would be. Since opening in 2019, B & R Bunkhouse has provided compassionate care, rehabilitation, and a safe place for dogs in need as they prepare them for their forever homes, which is made possible through the generosity of our community, dedicated volunteers, and donations that help ensure each dog receives the love and care they deserve.
